<sub>Unfortunately for this tiger it's not been all merry and bright. Things are getting busier, and well, wrapped up in a nutshell: there was a robbery at a sibling's business the other night, with losses estimated over 60k worth.. So we're picking up the pieces of the aftermath.

So it's not all too happy of a time here, and I need to also apologise to the people I owe commissions to. I'm pushing the timeline a lot in terms of the dates and whatnot - Please let me know if you have a deadline though, and I'll keep a note on it. If not, I hope you don't mind if I put things on hold a bit.</sub>

MIDfur XI, 2009
Being the first actual furry convention I attended, it was quite a nice experience.

Thanks to =Kraden, =Jeneara, and mainly *carnival, I was given a taste of trading at the con, along with a few table sketch commissions.

*carnival was nice enough to lemme also take a couple of breaks from trading at the table to hop into some panels and listen in on some industry professionals share some of their stories and experiences - which was a breath of fresh air to me. Certainly got me thinking back to some of my bigger projects and kinda helps me stay on track to not letting them stagnate after so long already.

_{I had done a few sketches during the con, though my scanner is having probs at the moment - so I'll upload them another time when I get the chance.}

Sometime during the con's timetable was also the third and last time we hold a big mass/event for my brother's death anniversary thing (a kind of tradition thing my family does). It's interesting to really think that it's now been three years since he left.

And so, soon after was also my birthday, which was a day spent mainly with =Kraden, =Jeneara, *carnival, along with others throughout the day. That's more than I usually prefer to do on my birthdays, haha. Thanks guys for fun day out

I'll be continuing to work on my list as of next week. Priority is as follows.

Bookmark Set - West
From the last batch that I have made, there are a few bookmark sets left over from the convention. The poster versions sold out, but I'll be up for mailing out the sets to people (including international) if they're interested.

_{Also, if there is enough interest, I will also be up for making another batch of bookmarks for those who want them mailed to them.}

I'll be selling these left over sets from the convention at a discounted price of $8 AUD if you're in Australia, or a total $10 AUD for international buyers (no additional postage fees). _{(You can also buy them individually for $3 each (+$2 international postage))}

Note me if you're interested - there's a couple of sets reserved for people who showed interest already, but other than that there's only a few sets left. And I won't have the chance to create any more any time soon (and not at this price, anyway).

Nevertheless, thanks to those who liked the bookmarks - the positive feedback has gotten me wanting to continue them in the future.

Thought to give a bit of an update on things - almost been a month since my last update.

Firstly,

I'll be trading those bookmarks at MIDfur this year, but mainly will be assisting *carnival, =Kraden and =Jeneara with their stuff as they've got muuuch more on the plate than I do.

_{Unfortunately I won't be around Saturday (5th Dec) in the late afternoon/early evening, for an anniversary for my brother. After that though I should be back.}

Things have been pretty busy lately, got some room to get the first Elemental Bookmark Set out of the way, although I'll have to leave the second set for another time.

Commissions (Closed)
With regards to the commissions, I should be able to get around to them after the convention. I'll contact you when or if I begin working on them and whatnot as confirmation.

Heya,

Just popping up a notification that I'm no longer open for taking any more commissions this round. Slots are taken up**, and also my plate's gonna start getting full again.

I also want to emphasise that I'm going to place an expiry date on commissions that are pending/awaiting reply. I'm not keen on leaving a commission spot kinda lingering for too long if I can help it, especially if they haven't technically been started.

<sub>So to those who have any commission slots with me, there'll be about 1-2 months from now (basically till the end of the year or so) before your commission slot will be considered expired. If you get back to me before then with commission details and what you want, I'll let you know if/when I can get around to it.

It might seem a little upfront or whatnot, but I'd prefer to know that when I'm closing, I'm actually going to close commissions and not have clients come to me months later and decide its time to have me do the commission spot they reserved ages ago.

And also, it also makes things a little more fair for others in future commission rounds in that I'll be opening with clean and empty lists/spots. And yes even if yours expires you can grab another commission next round.</sub>
